Figure 2

Money Sheet entry. Here you can enter all the Certificate Numbers and associated properties.

If you need more lines you will have to go back one screen and adjust the number you entered on the first screen.

If you leave a line blank the program will just ignore that line item.

You can have next month values calculated, in the case that the requester will be submitting this back to the tax collector in the upcoming Calendar Month.

Looking at the example above, the only Cert. No./Property No. pair that is correct is the first line. The second line is missing the 4 digit year, and the last line is missing the leading zero on the Property Number.

Figure 3

Notice that once submitted, you will get detailed messages about what is most likely wrong with each line.

You can modify each line and re-submit.

Figure 4

Once you have successfully submitted a “Money Sheet”, you will be asked if the requestor holds any additional certificates on the properties.

If you choose No, you will see the final “Money Sheet”.

If you choose Yes, you will see the following screen.

Figure 5

On this screen each property Number is listed, with all current tax certificates issued on them listed.

The “Base Certificate”, is shaded in yellow, and you do not have an option to mark it Held or Not.

If the requestor holds any of the other certificates listed, choose the Held option for that certificate, and the final “Money Sheet” will reflect the adjusted amounts.

For this example we will mark Cert. No. 2000-04474-00-6 for $562.33 as held and we will see that the amounts on the Final “Money Sheet” will be adjusted by that amount.
